Cherwell Ward Within Fulbrook Centre

The staff are incredibly patient and caring, hard working. They make tiny miracles happen everyday. When I first arrived I was unsure history get things done and I would have liked more information about the ward.

Staff here are endlessly patient, always courteous, never dismissive. Food is surprisingly good for hospital food

Here at a challenging time for the ward, a lot of acutely unwell patients, not very therapeutic environment but I appreciate the work that everyone does.

Staff are lovely people, very kind

Would like a toilet with bars and grab rails. A lot of the staff are perfect but some I didn’t get along with. The food is very good. Feedback from OT and physio was very good.

Everybody was wonderful, the staff had confidence in me and gave me a role on the ward to help me feel better about myself. Being on the ward has brought me out of my shell. I was made to feel comfortable and confident.

Very safety conscious and the activity coordinator is exceptional. The garden is lovely. Some of the staff aren’t as responsive as I’d like them to be.

Yes once feeling better

Very pleasant, lovely light decor, always spotless and very hygienic. Staff are very kind, always polite, caring and helpful.I was supported to rebuild confidence, having a go at cooking on the ward, so I knew I would be okay at home.

The staff are excellent I enjoyed my stay
