The doctor I saw was absolutely brilliant he listened to me. He explained everything so well with regards to my diagnosis and medication. He’s even agreed to see me again in 4 weeks to review me and my new medication. Thank you again for listening to me and coming to a very good outcome.

[Name Removed] ignores me, she never communicates with me what she’s going to do. She’s failed to actually help me at all since becoming my sw and she can’t spell my name.

I was really scared and a part of me didn't want to go but I was put at ease and felt as comfortable as I could in the circumstance. I was asked at the time about the service and gave my response which made me feel like I could address any issues if I had them.

[name removed] asked me how I was doing and understood my situation. I may not yet be able to move on with my current situation but I feel understood and I'm calmer about it

Everyone was polite, friendly, helpfully. I was seen quickly with excellent attention.
