Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained fully to us kind and polite throughout.

Staff are disgusting that dealt with me! No compassion, no humanity, no dignity, no empathy. Treated worse than animal. No one cares if you live or die. They see you as scum they don’t want to help, they do not care. Worst experiences ever!
