First and second appointment were OK very helpful the third appointment I think you all realised how troubling it has been for me and thenjoy you puto it all on me again.

Hardly anyone listened to me. They would literally ask me if I was ok 6 times even though I said no like they wanted a different answer. They pressured me about speaking to my abusive family and guilt tripped me about not being part of a faith group. They regularly rejected anything i said I needed a whilst also asking “what do you expect us to do?” I have literally begged for Therapy but apart from sending me off to a miscarriage service I have received nothing. This service is not Fit for purpose. They don’t listen they make inane suggestions and often tell you to go have something to eat, or have a cup of tea as if that’s gonna solve a mental health crisis. They don’t understand anything about mental health or mental health diagnoses. Why are you subjecting the entire country to a service that doesn’t help people, whilst telling the public you’re investing in their mental health? You hardly every send people to acute ward, and a lot of the staff working for the service are thoughtless and cruel. I don’t know how they get these jobs. On top of that the hospitals and CMHT will regularly tell you to call this service and treat you as insolent if you don’t want to. When you do finally call they speak to you for a few days then they never call you back. This is not healthcare.
