All levels of staff warm, kind and caring. Nothing too much trouble. Often my needs pre-empted. Spotless ecology. Kept informed at all stages. A happy team at all levels working together for patient care. Felt like a V.I.P. Discharge letter and follow-up appt.explained. Visit from surgical team post-surgery so helpful and informative. Surgical team so kind and re-assuring. Cleaner and breakfast lady kind and polite. A joy to have had such a positive experience. Felt safe. Warm smiles all round. Thank-you.

From the receptionist through the urologist and robosurgery expert and all the nurses...they made my stay amazing to the point I am giving them 7 stars. The experience was warm, homely and royal.

From the surgical team they explained my Surgery perfectly , to the nursing staff who took care of my welfare until my leaving hospital, also catering was very good
