Pleased with care

The care was excellent; the staff were very nice; I felt well cared for and informed.

I had a much better experience here on the Northey Ward than my 4 days at St. Helier A&E. The staff were very caring and supportive.

Dr Rahman is a consummate professional, he saw me every day discussed progress, medicines, treatments, and side-effects. He gave me the assurances and spoke to other professionals on the progress of my multi conditional treatment. I felt confident and assured that my conditions were being treated and knowledge of progress and the processes applied, gave me confidence and well-being throughout my stay at Northey. Dr Bilal was also available to answer any questions or give me the assurances or take actions if required during my time at Northey. Senior nursing staff are 2nd to none their professionalism support an assessment of me daily is something I have not witnessed at any other hospital before which gave me the confidence that they were on my level and the Doctors level to address any of my concerns. I am indebted to the team at Northey I’m indebted to Dr Rahman and Dr Bilal who looked after me during a very tricky time. I could not have asked for any more from a team; knowledge experience professionalism, duty of care and itself care which I believe Northey excelled at.

The doctors and nurses were excellent
