I was under the care of Dr Emma Richardson, what a wonderful lady. She explained everything to me and totally put me at ease. I had Cataracts removed from both eyes on different occasions. The staff at Newlands were all very kind and looked after me in a very kind way whilst remaining professional at all times. Five stars from me. Thank you to you all.

Report this reviewOur appointment with Mr.El-Shayed was brilliant but when he sent me for my Pre-operative assessment the nurses said it was not possible for another 3xweeks due to them being short staffed which was disappointing as our Consultant wanted this rushed. By all in all pleased with the nurse we saw at fertility clinic & Mr.El-Sayed was brilliant.
