Report this reviewThe ambulance team that attended to Mum were excellent. They telephoned in advance to get her into the frailty unit, but unfortunately we were unable to get through on the phone. Once they arrived at A&E, they made sure that they convey this to the staff in A&E, and Mum was very quickly transferred to the frailty unit directly from A&E admissions.
