Physio was good

[Name Removed] was kind, patient and gave clear evidence that she was taking into account my personal circumstances, having listened attentively to the answers I gave to her questions. She went beyond what was required.

Waiting more than one month for the appointment to happen at the day of the appointment There was an hour of questioning and typing on the computer. There was not any workout or any kind of therapy. So nothing towards me getting better. They made an appointment for 18 days later and I feel the same pain and stiffness that gives me a lot of anxiety and headaches There is a delay of taking action I was expecting the practitioner to start working with me and doing her best to release my pain but did not happen. Too many questions made by [Name Removed] that made feel anxious and afraid to answer thinking what I can have for [Name Removed] to ask me all this so I was not saying how much discomfort it feel because I was afraid [Name Removed] will say I have a serious illness. I think there should be less questions and more investigation from [Name Removed] side

Polite and thorough

Previous experience was just average. Now after comparing it is much better. That maybe due to a different Physio representation.

The Physio ([Name Removed]), was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. I felt listened to, and cared for. I can’t thank you enough for your help thus far.

Treatment suggested would seem to be on the right track

Both of the members of staff are extremely professional, but not in a stuffy way, the lady asks us if we’ve had a good weekend and has a laugh with us all, she has a human touch. The young student who is putting us through our paces is more serious, but helpful and caring. Monitors us all closely.

[Name Removed] and [Name Removed] have been so kind, patient, and helpful. They treated me so well, we're very understanding of my circumstances and entirely professional at all times. The Foundation House Physio Clinic is exceptional! We're so lucky to have it. Many thanks to all.
