Our health visitor is Sue Droue who is always very reachable and supportive. We often see Jabeen who is amazing and always happy to help. Today I dropped in to have advice about my twins and again everyone was amazing and very helpful.

Long long wait to be seen, I was ready to leave then I asked the receptionist how long, she said an hour,but then went away and came back and told me to go to treatment room 3, now to go through it all again on Wednesday, mind it was busy and they do ther best but they don't feel your pain..

We came up from the urgent GP service and we were seen straight away. Thank you for providing a very good service

On behalf of my 83 year old husband: District nurse Princess, arrived and quickly diagnosed shingles. She took photos and sent to gp. We were able to chase gp for antivirals that same day, saving my husband a likely longer and more painful episode. She returned the following week to confirm she'd made 3 other referrals as we'd discussed, and she is organising a special pressure cushion we discussed plus a further hospital referral. She took time to understand our situation and treated us both with great dignity and respect. She was very professional whilst at the same time being kind and friendly. She will ring us next week to check the pressure cushion has arrived, so her follow up has been excellent too. Would highly recommend Princess.

Tatiana, the radiologist I saw today (2/10/24) at the Walton Community Hospital was incredibly kind, warm and supportive. I was anxious and upset and Tatiana took the time to reassure me and made me feel listened to. Thank you, Tatiana!
