Myself and my daughter received such a lovely welcome from reception staff and I was seen promptly. My appointment was so thorough and so well explained to us both. I felt very happy and reassured by the audiologist. I definitely would not want to go anywhere else for my audiology treatment.

A remarkable healthcare experience. They called me within hours of the GP saying I needed to go there. The appointment was within days. It ran to time in a way I've never experienced with the NHS - literally I left home, had the appointment and was home in just over an hour. The staff were polite. The site was clean. Parking was easy. Only comment was that the radiographer did not introduce herself - which is always preferable in highly personal situations.

My mother visited the Outpatient Unit for an x-ray and was treated with such care and dignity by all staff she encountered.
