After having breast implants 20 years ago and not having any problems with them, I was aware they were coming to the end of their lifespan and knew I had to consider what to do next. I was thinking about my age and whether I'd like to have any future surgery in the years to come and decided I didn't. I therefore opted for a breast implant removal and wanted a surgeon I could be assured would do a good job. After being given Mr Wallaces details I arranged a consultation and whilst waiting for this looked at his reviews and previous work and good see how happy he'd made other people. From my first appointment I knew Mr Wallace would be the surgeon I would use. He put me at ease, explained my options clearly and I booked in to have the surgery relatively shortly after this appointment. We discussed how my breast hadn't developed properly (which is probably why I needed the breast augmentation in the first place) and how he would try and restructure my breast after having the implants removed. I had full confidence and knew I was in capable hands. When Mr Wallace visited me after the operation and asked me to look at my breasts I couldn't believe the results!!!!! They were fantastic, so much better than I could have dreamt of and I'm still thoroughly pleased with them. Mr Wallace is an amazing surgeon who I would highly recommend to anyone looking.

I recently had a deep plane facelift with corset neck lift, under Mr Wallace’s care, at Mount Stuart Hospital. I had a lot of loose skin on my neck, and lower face, which I wasn’t happy with. I never thought I would be brave enough, but I had 2 consultations with Mr Wallace, where he explained in full detail what the operation would involve, what to expect afterwards, and that the first 2 weeks, post surgery, could be demanding. He is very calm, professional and easy to talk to, and after reading the excellent reviews, I decided that I had complete confidence in him. The aftercare is excellent - if there is a problem, or query, he is contactable. A very important thing to remember, as Mr Wallace recommends after this procedure, is to take it very easy indeed - I had a bleed on day 8, and Mr Wallace dealt with it swiftly and I went in to surgery on a Saturday evening. I believe this is rare, so I probably shouldn’t have cleaned the shower! Surgery went well, and I am delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Mr Wallace, and have already done so.

Mr Wallace was very reassuring in the lead up to my small scalp operation, where he removed a swelling. The whole team were wonderful and my scalp healed very quickly and neatly.

I’m absolutely blown away by the level of care I’ve received from Mr Wallace. From the first consultation, he took the time to go through everything with me in great detail. Nothing felt rushed, and he was happy to answer all my endless questions, including a couple post op which he responded to very quickly, putting my mind at ease. Throughout the whole process I’ve felt in the safest hands and completely looked after. Mr Wallace strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and care which I think is quite rare! Chris Wallace was amazing from start to finish for my breast augmentation. His wealth of knowledge and experience made it simple to make the right decisions that would be best for me. I Contacted Mr Wallace with regards to removal of a mole under my lower lip that had been there all of my life. As I got older it grow more warty & hairy which I found unsightly . Consultation with Mr Wallace was excellent and he gave my all the information I wanted. At my operation the staff were lovely so was Mr Wallace the operation was completed very successful. I recently had upper eyelid blepharoplasties with Mr Wallace and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Now that the excess skin has been removed my eyes look so much more open and the tired look that people always commented on has disappeared completely. During my initial consultation Mr Wallace took time to understand why I wanted the procedure and what I was hoping to achieve, to ensure that my expectations were realistic. He was very thorough in explaining what was involved in both the operation and the subsequent recovery. The surgery itself was quick and virtually painless and Mr Wallace was very supportive and reassuring throughout. Although the bruising and swelling took 2-3 weeks to disappear completely I didn't actually have any post-op pain, which was a pleasant surprise. 10 weeks down the line there are just two small scars which follow the natural crease of the eyelid, so they're barely noticeable. I cannot recommend Mr Wallace highly enough. He has been so kind and professional throughout the whole experience, and best of all he did the most amazing job on my eyes!

I attended a consultation with Mr Wallace for a breast augmentation combined with breast uplifts. Having hidden my breasts for my entire life, it took great confidence to show them to anyone, but Mr Wallace created an environment where I felt completely safe and listened to. After the first meeting, I did not even think to meet with another surgeon because I truly felt heard and understood, and upon seeing his past results on his Instagram, and him explaining the procedure in-depth, I was sufficiently confident in his expertise to not look elsewhere. Mr Wallace is an excellent surgeon, and the way he communicates with his patients and truly listens to deliver the results they want is commendable. I initially went to see Mr Wallace with regards to having surgery to remove my unsightly jowls. Mr Wallace was so knowledgeable and understanding and he went to great lengths to explain all the different options I had. We finally agreed on the best course of action and I underwent a facelift surgery, a neck lift and a chin implant as Mr Wallace explained due to my overbite, a chin implant would be the only way I could go ahead with the facelift and get the results I was hoping for. Mr Wallace was so thorough in going through every detail of the operation, what to expect and also any risks. I felt completely confident with the whole procedure. The operation went really well and everything was just as Mr Wallace described. I am so happy with the results and Mr Wallace has been so prompt at getting back to me with any concerns I have about the healing process and allayed any worries or fears. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking about having facial surgery. My experience was first class.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction with Mr Wallace in mid September 2024 and my care was extraordinary. From my pre-op consultation to my surgery day to my post-op wound care Mr Wallace was always so caring, thorough and professional. He took time to contact me out of hours when I had queries regarding my healing, and responded to my emails very promptly, calling me to discuss my care. I am so impressed with the results of my tummy tuck and liposuction as I had a large overhang of scar tissue. This was from having injected into the same area as a Type 1 Diabetic for years and I thought nothing could be done about it, however Mr Wallace was able to give me get an amazing result. I now have a flat stomach with no overhang and a very fine scar from the procedure. If anyone is looking to get a tummy tuck Mr Wallace is the surgeon to go to.
