Hi. I was recommended to Mr Plastic Surgeon in 2020 by a friend, what a good recomendation I have been so looked after. I went for consultation in Newton le willows, I cant praise Mr EL-Gowad enough hes kind, listens and recomends which is best for you. I booked in for Gastric sleeve in Cairo 2020. I didnt have to arrange anything only time of work, I travelled with my husband from Manchester airport, Arrived in Cairo-Was meet by our driver,who knew who i was by a picture I sent at Manhester Airport, very friendly we had him to take us everywere whilst we was in Cairo, anything at all he would get or take us,only a phone call was needed. Everyone has herd of horror storys about going abroad for cosmetic surgery, I cant recomend this surgeon and hospital enough from seeing him in uk until now, I have been back for second surgery this year- tummy tuck and lipo, I lost 6 and half stone from the gastric sleeve and wasnt happy with my belly, again contaced Mr EL-Gowad, 1st class service, booked to go Cairo again. Same service from setting off from Manchester to Cairo this time I travelled alone, very nervous but I knew I was going to be looked after, was met in Cairo. Took to the hospital, had surgery following day, Mr EL-Gowad explained everything through out procedure and his staff very kind helpful. Hospital 1st class, located in Beverly Hills in Cairo. Nothing is too much trouble, I defentley would have more Surgery if it was needed by Mr EL-Gowad, Dont worry about after care either i have contacted Mr EL-Gowad by wats app when i was worried about little things, he replied back straight away, His receptionist in uk-Racheal always on other end of phone and also Nour in Cairo, cant praise all enough.

I had breast reduction after been recommended to Mr El Gawad . Mr Gawads secretary Rachel was fabulous booking consultation and answering any questions,after my consultation I felt I was ready to book the surgery Mr Gawad was very helpful and very professional. On the day of surgery all the staff at Palmal medical were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease and well looked after what a great team. I would highly recommend.

I had a breast reduction in September of last year something I have wanted to have done for many years. When a friend told me she had surgery for this I decided it was my time. She recommended Mr El Gawad immediately and without hesitation. I made contact and the process began. From start to finish the communication I received with Rachel (secretary to Mr Gawad) was outstanding and 4 months after surgery still is. On meeting Mr El Gawad I felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was explained fully and I had no hesitation at all in going ahead with surgery. On the day I was looked after and had visits beforehand from the anesethetist and Mr Gawad. Surgery completed and the hospital staff looked after me impeccably (I have type 1 diabetes) so needed more medical input. The day after my surgery I received a call from Mr El Gawad - offering support and advice. And over the next few weeks every email I sent asking questions was answered swiftly and any worries I had subsided. 4 months on and two follow up completed I have now been discharged and am over the moon with my transformation - don’t think about - do it -

After thinking about having an abdominoplasty for about 5 years and doing extensive research and also having some first hand reviews I came to see Mr El Gawad. I was extremely nervous but from our very first meeting he completely put me at ease. He was honest, patient and made sure he answered all of my questions (of which there were many). Between consultations and the surgery both Mr El Gawad and his wonderful staff were quick to respond to any queries I had. On the day of my surgery Mr El Gawad came to see me and made sure I was clear on everything. One thing that meant the most to me was that knowing how nervous I was Mr El Gawad stayed with me and held my hand whilst I was being put under anesthetic. It might seem silly but he really is a surgeon that cares. He wants to deliver the results you are hoping for but he really cares about his patients. After the surgery we were in regular contact both in the hospital and via phone. I am really pleased with my results and while I am still healing I already feel so much more confident. I would recommend Mr El Gawad and his team to anyone.

Mr Gawad was highly recommended to me by a friend that had a tummy tuck a year previously to mine. I made my decision from her results and I’ve not been disappointed with my own. Mr gawad is a wonderful kind empathetic surgeon. And further surgery’s I may need in the future I have my surgeon. The best of the best 5*

Dr Ahmed El Gawad is a fantastic surgeon. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post op appointments he has been very honest and professional. His work is very neat in comparison to other results I have seen. I am very happy with my results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I want to write this review for anyone who is undecided if this is the right surgeon for you. I spent around 4 years thinking about the surgery & a year researching consultants. I am currently 2 weeks 5 days post operative from a mommy makeover s and 360 liposuction. From the moment I met Dr El Gawad I knew he was my surgeon. He is kind, dedicated, personable & incredibly skilful. I was able to 100% trust him with what I wanted to achieve. I traveled to Cairo for my surgery on my own. You can take someone with you to support, but equally really cared for by yourself. With Dr El Gawad I was able to have my surgery abroad, but all my aftercare in the UK ( which is the biggest worry). The surgery was fine, full consultation throughout with all of the medical professionals. I was taken such good care of all of the time. I didn’t want for anything. He & Nour kept in close contact with my family which was really important to me. I traveled home 9 days post op. From the day of my operation until today, I have either seen, FaceTimed or spoken to Dr El Gawad. If I message with a question, he gets back to me straight away. He goes above and beyond, I have never in my experience known a surgeon like him. Any surgeon can take your money for the operation, but the aftercare is equally as important. I had a small complication, no one’s fault, just one of them things. Dr El Gawad was on the phone within 10 minutes & I was in his clinic hours later, reviewed, treated and reassured. He has just messaged me now to see how I am! I hope this helps someone like me, first time to plastic surgery looking for the right surgeon who you can trust but who can equally deliver outstanding results. My body has completely changed & is everything I hoped for & more. I can’t recommend Dr El Gawad highly enough

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Mr Gawad in October 2021 at the Oaklands Hospital. I have wanted this surgery done for 12 years but despite knowing it was what I wanted, when I finally made the appointment for the consultation I was very nervous. However Mr Gawad immediately put me at ease and reassured me that it was the right thing to do based on the size and weight of my boobs. There was no pressure to go ahead and book the surgery but I did straight away. Due to the current Covid restrictions my surgery had to be cancelled a couple of days before but Rachel and Mr Gawad were in contact with me straight away and my new date was scheduled in at the earliest opportunity which was great. I was so nervous on the day of the surgery but was made to feel totally at ease by everyone at the Oaklands and Mr Gawad. The aftercare was great and I knew I could contact Rachel or Mr Gawad with any concerns or issues at all. Mr Gawad has completely changed my life. I had roughly 5lbs of weight removed and I am around 6 cup sizes smaller - I feel like a new person. His work is incredible and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Mr. El Gawad has changed my life, I had a Mommy Makeover in June and the confidence it has given me is honestly something else. I feel like a totally different person and I am so happy with my results. I cannot recommend him enough.
