I had the best experience with Miss Lyndsey Highton at Spire Manchester. All team were amazing ! I am very nervous patient, but everyone who I met during this journey was truly amazing , nurses , anaesthetist team and of course surgeon. I had a very smooth healing , I travelled quite far but it was all worth it and the best decision I could have made. I definitely choose the right person to perform my surgery .

Lyndsey was just brilliant. She listened and delivered the boobs I wanted and which matched my natural ones just much smaller. Back ache disappeared overnight! Would 100% recommend her to friends who want the same op.

Having a female surgeon was really important to me. Miss Highton took the time to discuss all the pros and cons of breast surgery with me, she has a really friendly down to Earth approach which meant I didn’t feel silly asking the most ridiculous questions and vocalising my concerns. After my surgery I was able to keep in touch with Miss Highton if I needed any further advice, this was reassuring and it meant that I felt supported. I am so grateful for her care and skill, she really has made such a difference to my life.

Went to see Miss Highton after seeing/having her recommended by both friends and previous patients of her. Her work looked amazing and I knew she was the right person to trust with my breast reduction surgery. Each contact was supportive and professional and she knew what I was hoping to achieve. Miss Highton is what I had been looking for for so long. My tick list was- *a surgeon who listened to me carefully, how I felt and how I wanted to feel *a surgeon who was involved personally, I didn't have to go through anyone else, it was all done with her and only her *a surgeon who genuinely cared about their work I felt safe throughout, from start to finish. I knew Miss Highton understood what I was dreaming of. It is a big surgery, a significant amount of money and a big deal to a patient and even though it is routine for her, I never felt like a number. The surgery has changed my life. I have wanted to have a breast reduction for over twenty years. One of the reasons I hesitated was having confidence and trust in a surgeon. Her stellar professional qualifications are there for all to see but Lyndsey listens to your hopes for the end result and advises and accommodates as far as is practically possible.
